It is still a good choice but there are several other good ones (then and now) including Divi Builder, Thrive Architect, SiteOrigin Page Builder, WPBakery Page Builder, Themify Builder, Brizy, Visual Composer, WP Page Builder.

These days, the #1 page/site builder plugin by far is Elementor Page Builder, and its big brother, Elementor Pro Site Builder. Elementor is free and has a large number of free 3rd-party add-ons available as well. Both Elementor and Elementor Pro can be found at the linked site below:
