Once payment is received, the Wiz will attend at your site, install a backup plugin and create a site backup* in order to be able to restore to pre-service status. The Wiz will then inspect the site, complete the requested task, or repair the single issue or problem. Finally, the Wiz will make a second backup of the site when the task is completed. If the wiz cannot fix the problem your payment will be refunded immediately and, if necessary, the backup will be restored.

*providing site is operable. If not, first backup will be made after site operation is restored. Every reasonable effort will be made to preserve site for restoration to original pre-service condition should it become necessary.

2) Next, add an Administrator level account for the Wiz to your WordPress website. If you don’t know how, read this page. When you do this, use this information:

Send password by email (tick box in new user setup)

3) Finally, send an email to steve@stephenbhenry.com detailing the nature of your problem. Steve will attend at your website and/or contact you by email for any additional necessary information or to update you on progress.
